1. Who we are

SivarTrades is a brand of A&M Capital, S.A. de C.V., based in San Salvador, El Salvador. By using this site you accept these terms.

2. What SivarTrades does

SivarTrades is a business development service for Salvadoran and Latino contractors in Dallas–Fort Worth. We track public bids and awarded contracts, bring contractors the ones that fit their trade, help them put the bid together in English (scope, paperwork, insurance certificate, W-9, bonding, pre-bid meetings and deadlines) and follow up. For general contractors and primes, we introduce contractors after checking license, insurance and references.

3. What SivarTrades is not

• SivarTrades is not a contractor. It does not perform, offer or sell construction work, and it does not hold any trade license.
• SivarTrades does not submit bids or sign construction contracts in its own name. Every bid is submitted by the licensed contractor in its own name.
• SivarTrades is not a law firm, an insurance agency or a surety. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or insurance advice.

4. Your part

You decide whether to bid and at what price. You bid, sign and invoice in your own name, with your own license and insurance, and you are responsible for the documents you submit and for meeting the requirements of each bid and of the agencies that license your trade.

5. Our fee

Our fee is disclosed in writing before any bid, and it comes only after you get paid on the contract it relates to. The first 15-minute call is free. The written agreement for each engagement governs over this page.

6. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that any bid will be awarded or paid. Bid information comes from public sources and can change, so always confirm dates and requirements with the agency that issued the bid.

7. Integrity

We never pay property managers or their staff, and never accept anything from them.

8. Use of this site

The content of this site is provided for general information. Do not misuse the contact form or send information you are not allowed to share. To the extent the law allows, SivarTrades and A&M Capital are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this site.
